CICA-UDC announces, in a competitive concurrence regime, a maximum of 12 scholarships aimed at undergraduate students to carry out extracurricular training practices within the framework of a research project and learn about the lines of research that are carried out in the center.
Students who meet the following requirements may apply for these scholarships:
a) Be a student of degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Geology... or of another degree related to the areas of the CICA, of any university.
b) Have passed at least 55% of the credits of the degree with an academic record with an average grade equal to or greater than 7.5 out of 10.
The 12 scholarships will be allocated among the eligible research groups listed in Annex I-A, belonging to the three CICA areas: Food, Pollution and Health, Biomedicine and Nanoscience and Advanced Materials.
The duration of the scholarship will be a maximum of 1 month, the estimated start date, 07/01/2022, and with a full-time dedication (7.5 h/day).
Each scholarship will be paid with a maximum amount of €774.43/gross or the proportional part if the duration is less than a month.
The presentation of applications will preferably be made through the registration of the Electronic Headquarters (https://sede.udc.gal/services/telematic_register) of the UDC addressed to the Office of the Vice President for Scientific Policy, Research and Transfer or by any of the established means. in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
