Open Access addresses issues of accessibility to and ownership of scientific information. Open and early access to scientific work can improve the quality of scientific research and facilitate rapid innovation, constructive input between collaborators and productive dialogue with civil society.

At the CICA we have launched a grant for the funding of open access publications
