Our gender equality policy consists of promoting gender-balanced teams, ensuring gender equality in decision-making bodies, and always taking into account the gender dimension in research and innovation to improve the quality and social relevance of the results.
At CICA we have adopted the Gender Equality Plan developed by the UDC, which, in general terms, is structured around 4 working axes:
The measures foreseen within each axis are aimed at the three groups that make up the university community (teachers, students and administrative and services staff), as well as society in general.
